Lost package policy:
Standard shipping DOES NOT cover a replacement or full refund of your items.
Only tracked shipping will cover lost mail which I highly encourage for international/outside EU orders. To avoid lost mail I encourage you to double, triple check your address is correct, and of course to get tracked shipping if possible! If in a rare circumstance your package gets lost in transit, please reach out to me so I can do my best to get in touch with postal staff.
Pre-Order Policy:
